'Plutôt satisfait.
Points positifs : appartement très bien placé dans Sesimbra, avec une jolie vue sur mer. Propre et très bien accueilli par la personne qui s'occupe de l'entretien de l'appartement.
Points négatifs : il n'y a qu'un seul point de lumière, la baie vitrée. La terrasse est commune à l'ensemble des appartements, il y a juste un petit espace plus ou moins privatif. l'ensemble des prestations (mobilier, accessoires cuisine, salle de bains, sont propres mais vétustes) cela ne me poserait pas de problème si le prix de la location était moins élevé. En effet le prix de la location n'est pas à la hauteur de la prestation. '

'A very nice flat with a great view over the beach.Plenty of space in the flat and WIFI worked well.The inner frontdoor is difficult to open before you know the trick, an instruction for that would be good! A short walk to the far side of the beach, that is almost empty even in the middle of summer. '

'The apartment is good situated and very near by the beach. The apartment is nice for 2 persons. For the thirds person it's very uncomfortable. The davenport is old and you can't sleep on it.
What has also disturbed us was that in all the time of our stay we didn't have any contact to the host or anybody else -a phantom-apartment. '

'What a lovely little apartment! Everything you need for a pleasant holiday. A minutes walk to the beach, shops around the corner, plenty of places to eat and drink.
The décor is lovely and the only thing I would add is a coffee pot! Although you can get lovely coffee just round the corner, first thing in the morning, it would be nice to sit on the balcony and take your time to wake up. Thanks '

The bed is perfect, only its a 2personsbed, so when you are just friends or family it is very small. I should perfer 2 singles beds. But anyway a perfect stay. Nice vieuw over the beach.'

'We had a great week here. The apartment is fully equipped, and has everything you might need. Little touches were great! Just like home. It had a fantastic view, the beach is a stones throw away, a fresh food market is close by (closed Mondays!) to buy fresh fish... It was more than we expected. We only wish we could have stayed longer! A couple of thoughts, more info about the town would be useful - where some shops are, opening hours, bus info. Plus, we had construction for four days, eight hours a day a few doors down from us. Not a major problem, but noisy and a heads up would have been good. Overall, it was a PERFECT PLACE for two for a week - even in February. We had some great weather and got some good beach time! We hope to be back again. '

'This is a perfect place to relax. We spent most days admiring our brown feet while bobbing about in the crystal clear waters, while idly debating whether to have shellfish or fish for lunch in one of the many excellent, spotlessly clean restaurants. The kitchen is small but very functional with proper pots/pans/knives. The bed is comfortable. You can watch and hear the waves from the terrace. Day trips to Setubal for dolphin watching or Capo Espichel for great walks are easy to arrange by bus and there is good snorkelling to be had at the rocks at the end of the beach. The only criticism would be some noise from a bar on the ground floor.'

'We really enjoyed our stay in Sesimbra. It was nice that the appartment was so close to the beach and the town itself was very pretty and cosy. We enjoyed good sea food and nice grilled fish.
We would recommend you to clean the kitchen better. The top of the cupbards have not been cleaned for a while, the same goes with the window in the bed room.
Otherwise the apartment was very good. We are also very glad for the bed which was improvised for our child. '
