'Best thing about Casa Sesimbra studio apartment was definitely balcony, where you could sit and enjoy your breakfasts and other meals. Place was clean, kitchen well equipped, only one thing what I was missing was kettle and microwave. Position of apartment was perfect, because everywhere was close - beach, city centre, shops etc.. '

'The apartment was really good located in Sesimbra. Close to everything! It was clean and nice and as expected. There were no fan in the room to begin with but I got one when I asked for it. It is almost impossible to sleep without one so maybe that should be something that always excists in the apartments. '

Recebi uma serie de regras de utilização sobre o alojamento extremamente rígidas e na chegada fui surpreendida pela impossibilidade de concretização das mesmas. O melhor exemplo é darem um código de entrada de uma casa onde a porta não fecha! A segurança não deve ser deixada ao acaso….'

'I loved the bright and loveley decorated studio. Perfect central location! Appreciated the balcony! The modern stove in the kitchen made it easy to heat water for coffee or tea. Nice big bed! However, please check the matras, it's only comfortable in the very middle part. The rest is worn out. What happened to the WiFi? First it worked fine then more often there was no connection. A side of this, highly recommendable for people who don't care for Hotels. Good luck!'

Sesimbra est une super destination pour se reposer et profiter de toutes les joies du bord de mer.
Pour parler d'un défaut, le prix est peut être un peu excessif pour le Portugal...'

'When we stay for a whole week and we payd for it we find that 1 big and 1 small towel for one person is not enouf.
A nice table and good chairs voor sitting outside is not to much, even a parasol for sitting on the beach.

In the casa Sesimbra you move in right away (mentally) and feel home (physically). You do not rent a room - more likely you enter a pleasant living condition.
The city (it feels more like a village) provides a wide and dense range of services (market, local stores, restaurants, coffee bars, beach, hills for walks,...).
You can go there to experience a certain way of live we generally miss a little bit an dream about when we sit in cars or walk down supermarket aisles.'

'The studio apartment in Casa Sesimbra was perfect for us. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, and we had one of the best holidays we had ever had. The apartment was newly renovated in a tasteful way, with a super comfy bed, good shower, lovely marble worktop in the kitchen and a superb terrace for eating and sitting out on.
Sesimbra is a super town, and we were able to eat cheaply, shopping for fresh fish and locally produced veg in the market. We even learnt come Portuguese! It was good to meet Cristina and Michael, the owners, and have a drink with them. I would thoroughly recommend Casa Sesimbra. '

'I felt very well in this lovely studio in the center of the little city and quite near to the sea, to lots of fish restaurants and nice places. Everything was clean and proper. I would think, for rainy days, when someone cannot sit outside on the terrace (the pic is exactly how it is), it might be better to have a little table inside. Maybe the little round one in the corner. Instead of decoration, better empty, so that someone can eat or write there. On sunny days outside it is ok. And the WLAN was working very good. The tv I did not use, because of only foreign languages. But at this place...who needs tv ? ;-) Very nice place and comfortable little studio!!!!'

The convection hob is an impressive bonus and all necessary utensils and crockery are provided. Michael and Cristina who own it are artists with an eye for detail and style and make the most of the space beautifully. The flat is round the corner from the beach so very handy. We will be going back there next time (if someone doesn't snap it up first!) Kate (29) and Sam (29).'

There was no microwave, nothing where you can do tea and we had a table towel that wasn't clean.

'Fantastic studio in the heart of the old village! A great authentic Portuguese facade with all the mod cons.
Thoroughly recommended for young couples looking for great value accomodation & close to the beach which, even in August, is not overcrowded. Very close to the market which is a must if you indend to cook. Fish restaurants are excellent.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!'

'We stayed one week in Casa Sesimbras studio.
It was wery nice and comfy and I would definitely recommend this place for everybody. It was tidy, clean and the location was excellent. Landlords were flexible, we were able to arrange an extra night easily.
Only minus is that the stairs to the flat were very surge and climbin upstairs was a little bit hard for my mum, who's sufferin knee problems. Also you could easily hear noises, even talkin from the next flat so the soundproofing wasn't really good, but that didn't really bother us.

'We, me and my wife, were really pleased to stay there. It has excellent location, only few minutes walk from ocean. Apartment was really clean and furniture, kitchen goods were fresh. To my mind this place have real Portuguese spirit and we felt from first moment like in Portugal. That what was problem, there were only few car park spaces near apartment which during day were overfilled, but that was really secondary as we haven't got king size cases and shopping bags to carry. :) '

Finding a parking spot near to studio isn't easy. We were lucky the four nights spent here, the weather was really good, only the lack of air conditioning at night caused some discomfort.Lack of a kettle was a minor inconvenience.
