'I felt very well in this lovely studio in the center of the little city and quite near to the sea, to lots of fish restaurants and nice places. Everything was clean and proper. I would think, for rainy days, when someone cannot sit outside on the terrace (the pic is exactly how it is), it might be better to have a little table inside. Maybe the little round one in the corner. Instead of decoration, better empty, so that someone can eat or write there. On sunny days outside it is ok. And the WLAN was working very good. The tv I did not use, because of only foreign languages. But at this place...who needs tv ? ;-) Very nice place and comfortable little studio!!!!'

'We stayed at Casa Sesimbra for 4 nights recently for a short beach holiday - it is great value - well organised and laid out, clean, light and airy. The convection hob is an impressive bonus and all necessary utensils and crockery are provided. Michael and Cristina who own it are artists with an eye for detail and style and make the most of the space beautifully. The flat is round the corner from the beach so very handy. We will be going back there next time (if someone doesn't snap it up first!) Kate (29) and Sam (29).'

The apartment was very clean and cosy.
The location is excelent
The negative aspects:
There was no microwave, nothing where you can do tea and we had a table towel that wasn't clean.
The fridge did, just on the last night, incredible loud noises.

A little suggestion for you :
It would be nice if you put a coffeefilter in the studio,just a plastic one so that people could make a filtercoffee instead of an instant. Dutch people and also french I think would really appreciate that.'

'Fantastic studio in the heart of the old village! A great authentic Portuguese facade with all the mod cons.
Thoroughly recommended for young couples looking for great value accomodation & close to the beach which, even in August, is not overcrowded. Very close to the market which is a must if you indend to cook. Fish restaurants are excellent.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!'

'We stayed one week in Casa Sesimbras studio.
It was wery nice and comfy and I would definitely recommend this place for everybody. It was tidy, clean and the location was excellent. Landlords were flexible, we were able to arrange an extra night easily.
Only minus is that the stairs to the flat were very surge and climbin upstairs was a little bit hard for my mum, who's sufferin knee problems. Also you could easily hear noises, even talkin from the next flat so the soundproofing wasn't really good, but that didn't really bother us.

'We, me and my wife, were really pleased to stay there. It has excellent location, only few minutes walk from ocean. Apartment was really clean and furniture, kitchen goods were fresh. To my mind this place have real Portuguese spirit and we felt from first moment like in Portugal. That what was problem, there were only few car park spaces near apartment which during day were overfilled, but that was really secondary as we haven't got king size cases and shopping bags to carry. :) '

'Hi: Small, clean, pleasant. Lots of views of pigeons and rooftops; but not the sea. A couple of comfortable beach chairs on the balcony would be a good addition and for the cold rainy days, a small electric heater would add to the pleasure of the place. '

'Well restored old building, conveniently situated in the centre of Sesimbra. The terrace is an excellent sun trap to hang out in and the flat is comfortable with some nice touches.'

'Beautiful central location. Wonderful studio, clean and well kept.
Finding a parking spot near to studio isn't easy. We were lucky the four nights spent here, the weather was really good, only the lack of air conditioning at night caused some discomfort.Lack of a kettle was a minor inconvenience.
Would certainly consider staying here again.'

'A casa é muito bonita, limpinha e com óptima localização.
Os pontos negativos são, não ter luz na varanda, nem um chapéu de sol, visto não ter mesa no interior tínhamos que comer lá fora.O que se tornava complicado aos almoços devido ao calor e ao jantar, que depois das 20.30 tínhamos que comer às escuras. Faltou também um microondas. De resto a casa é espectacular. Adorei e voltarei, com certeza!! Aconselho vivamente! '

'Great place, clean, well equiped, perfect standard for that price(only bad thing - the stairs, killer during night :) ).
Nice surroundings, lots of small restaurants.
Small terrace is good place to have wine at night - even to hot ones, since breeze from ocean makes it very comfortable spot.
Small suggestion - put WIFI router in a closet upstairs, had to go out with my cellphone to catch signal.'
