 Surfing in Sesimbra
On Praia California and Praia D'Ouro in Sesimbra town the best time to surf is in the winter. During the summer months it's better to hope in the car, drive for about 10 minutes and go North of Cabo Espichel. At Lagoa de Albufeira you have a protected Lagoon to learn windsurfing or kitesurfing without the waves. On the outside, at the beach you usually have a pretty nice surf. That surf extends all the way along the coast to Lisbon. All snady beaches, with usually great wind and wave conditions.
